The Coordinator will be responsible for managing communication, production planning, production management, project management, and organization skills in the uniform production process.Key Responsibilities:1.Production Coordination:oOversee the production process of uniforms, ensuring quality standards are metoCoordinate with the factory team to manage production schedules and timelinesoMonitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials2.Merchandising:oDevelop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and salesoConduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.oManage the display and presentation of uniforms in retail and client locations3.Client Relations:oBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their uniform needsoProvide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly4.Logistics and DistributionoCoordinate the logistics of uniform delivery, ensuring timely and accurate distributionoUtilize a valid UAE driving license to manage deliveries and site visits5.Reporting and Analysis:oPrepare regular reports on production and sales performanceoAnalyze data to make informed decisions on inventory and merchandising strategies
