We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. Your role will involve offering expert advice on destinations, accommodation, transportation, and activities while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the booking process. You will work closely with clients to create personalized travel itineraries that meet their needs and expectations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in selecting and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel routes, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
  • Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel dates.
  • Offer advice on travel insurance, local customs, and relevant safety information.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, best practices, and special promotions.
  • Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best rates and offers for clients.
  • Manage client bookings, confirming all travel details and ensuring accurate reservations.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide pre-departure support and offer post-trip feedback requests to improve services.
