Job PurposeResponsible to maintain inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items, securing the warehouse and keeping the records. Liaise with colleagues in reception and workshop to ensure requested parts are available when requiredDuties & Responsibility?Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the store.?Receive and maintain track of all orders.?Ensure the wellbeing of all received items.?Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control manually and systematically.?Maintaining the levels of stock.Qualification, Skills & Experience?High School Diploma.?Minimum 3-5 years? experience in the same field.?Ability to use technology such as computers, printers, Microsoft Office programs.?Proper book keeping and inventory management. ?Understanding spare parts catalogs.?Daily transactions report.?Daily shortage list.?Quarterly inventory report.?Time management skills.?Fluency in English.
