Description:Our book publishing company is currently seeking an experienced administrative assistant to support our two CEOs. This position will be based in Ajman, and to be eligible, you must already be in the UAE with a valid VISA status (no overstay).Requirements:Candidate has to be fluent both in written and spoken EnglishHigh school diploma or equivalent associates or bachelors degree preferred.At least two years of administrative experience, preferably in the publishing industry.Proficiency in InDesign, Vellum or other publishing software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Responsibilities:Assist the two CEOs with their daily tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and phone calls.Format books using InDesign, Vellum or other publishing software.Input metadata for each book, including titles, authors, and descriptions.Transfer files to aggregators, such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble.Coordinate with authors and editors to ensure timely delivery of manuscripts and materials.Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.Salary offered is 3000 AED (NON-NEGOTIABLE).
