Senior AccountantJob Location : UAE:?Review contracts to identify leases and summarize kay terms?Enter new leases into the lease accounting system?Enter changes to existing leases into the lease accounting system.?Communicate with various departments to obtain relevant information to maintain the account for leases.?Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.?Record and maintain flat owners payments and dues.?Assist with reviewing expenses and payroll records.?Maintain files, accounting documents, records, reports, and any other pertinent data following department policies and procedures.?Review monthly reports ensuring correct & accuracy.?Support annual and quarterly reviews by providing external auditors with requested documentation for revenue transactions.
