Sales ExecutiveJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive shopping experience.•Demonstrate a deep understanding of our perfumery products, including their ingredients, fragrance notes, and usage, to effectively guide customers in their product selection.•Provide detailed information about the origin, quality, and uniqueness of our perfumery products to build customer confidence.•Maintain a wellorganized and visually appealing store, ensuring that products are properly displayed, labeled, and priced.•Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and digital payment methods.•Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner, seeking resolutions that meet customer satisfaction.•Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure that the store is adequately stocked with a variety of perfumery products.•Keep uptodate with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:•High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus.•Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the perfumery, cosmetics, or beauty industry.•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with and assist a diverse range of customers.•Excellent product knowledge and the ability to convey detailed information about perfumery products.•Positive attitude and a strong customercentric approach.•Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as needed.•Multilingual skills may be an advantage for communicating with a diverse customer base.
