  • Your role as a Retail Sales Executive involves connecting with customers in a personable manner, aiding them with product inquiries, preferences, and buying choices to establish a favorable shopping venture.
  • Stay well-informed about product particulars, industry shifts, and market rivals, empowering you to offer educated recommendations to customers, swiftly attend to issues or queries, and play a role in nurturing a harmonious and dynamic retail team atmosphere.
  • Team up with the sales unit to out predefined sales targets, taking proactive measures to upsell and cross-sell products, present suitable choices, and furnish product know-how aligned with customer requisites.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the firefighting industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.

  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
