Work closely with the Chemical Engineer and QA Technicians in any laboratory-based tasks which include sampling, testing & inspection, measuring, recording and analyzing results.
Conduct visual, sensory, physical and analytical tests for incoming raw materials, packaging materials and promotional items.
?Identifies, analyzes, and makes a report of any non-conformity detected during incoming quality inspection that are inconsistent with standard requirements and specifications.
Maintains & updates quality reports and databases.
Assists the Chemical Engineer in controlling external documents such as of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) & Product Specification Sheets related to raw materials and packaging materials.
Assists the Chemical Engineer in maintaining the laboratory equipment & inventory of stocks.
Assisting the Chemical Engineer in maintaining and controlling calibration records for all test and inspection equipment.
Coordinates resolution of quality assurance related concerns/issues/problems to the Chemical Engineer and QA & HSSE Manager.
Work closely with Chemical Engineer to plan, schedule, and implement QA Laboratory related activities.
