Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our real estate development team as a Property Finder. As a Property Finder, you will be responsible for identifying and securing potential property for our company in Ajman. Your primary duty will be to locate direct owner contacts for requested properties and facilitateResponsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential properties that meet the specified criteria provided by us
  • Utilize various resources and networks to gather information on available properties.
  • Contact property owners directly to establish a connection and negotiate potential contracts.
  • Maintain regular communication with property owners to facilitate the negotiation process.
  • Collaborate with our team to assess property values, market conditions, and investment potential.
  • Liaise with legal professionals to ensure the legality and accuracy of property contracts.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in Ajman.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for property contracts.
Compensation:
  • Base salary: Commission-based. You will receive 500 AED per property contract that you successfully secure.
  • Additional commission: If the deal is closed, you will receive an additional 30% of the agency fee from the company.
