1. Should be responsible to handle and manage all kind of procurement activities on awarded projects.2. Maintain inter department coordination within team.3. Be responsible for the review of stock level and maintain minimum stock as per company requirements for issuing RFQ?s.4. Be responsible to review the quotes and prepare comparison of quotes and understand major variances sections.5. Should be responsible to organize initial meetings with the vendors to discuss any technical and coordination related comments.6. Be responsible to reply by any RFI ?s with appropriate responses.7. Should coordinate and finalize PTCs in discussion good technical, project and QS team.8. Maintain and develop master vendor register with new vendors for each subcontractor/supply works packages.
