Roles & Responsibilities: -?Examine Communicating with production dept. for equipment stoppage times, preparing maintenance request, oversee maintenance activities, and keep maintenance history records.?Identification and implementation of approaches to save cost of breakdown and ensure life of machines?Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation?Planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities?Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff?Monitor equipment inventory and place orders necessary?Calculating expenditures and overseeing maintenance budgets and estimating costs for maintenance procedures.?Ensure health and safety policies are complied.?Prepare and follow up the daily & Monthly reports?Request spare parts for equipment from companies while monitoring spare parts inventoryQualifications & Skills: -?Bachelor?s degree in electrical engineering, facility management or any related field?Minimum 2 years working experience of Flour Production Field?Strong knowledge of engineering concepts including Electrical, Hydraulic, and Mechanical system?Strong knowledge of facility machines and equipment
