Machine OperatorJob Location : Ajman, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :?Ability to operate and apply full overhaul for labeler machine, pneumatic circuits, and mechanical moving parts.?Ability to operate and make all the required changeovers for the labeler machine.?Very good knowledge of labeler machines (Cutter, Glue Bar) and thorough knowledge about beverage production lines.?Must have basic knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.?Ability to provide basic maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns for labeler machines on the line.?Responsible for directing preventive/predictive maintenance programs designed to reduce unscheduled downtime (maximize equipment availability) and extend equipment life.?Ability to identify spare parts requirements for the labeler machine.?Very good knowledge of beverage lines machine (Sidel or KHS or Krones lines).Skills :?Ability to work in shifts.?Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
