Logistic and Warehouse ManagerJob Location : Ajman, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Oversee the daily operations of warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.•Plan, manage, and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation and delivery schedules.•Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management and reporting.•Implement and maintain best practices for warehousing and logistics to improve productivity and reduce costs.•Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.•Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.•Manage a team of warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.•Analyze logistics performance metrics and prepare reports for management.•Resolve any issues related to transportation, delivery, or stock discrepancies.Requirements:•5-7 years UAE experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG sector.•Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).•Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouse operations.•Strong leadership and organizational skills.•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.•Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software.•Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures.
