Supervise and control the daily activities in the Semi-production operation.
Plan and coordinate for printed materials required from supplier.
Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
Engage in product measurement, inspection, and testing activities to ensure quality control and reliability.
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability of finished product.
Regulate and adjust workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite semi-production operations.
Report quality issue or coordinate resolutions to defects to the related departments.
Monitor and take appropriate timely improvement action to meet production quality and quantity.
