Job Description

1. Appointment1.1 Company hereby appoints Agent, and Agent hereby accepts such appointment, as an independent sales representative of the Company for the sale of its Products in the UAE (the Territory ).1.2 Agent is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company. Agent shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in connection with the performance of its services hereunder, including but not limited to travel, meals, and equipment.2. Duties and Responsibilities2.1 Agent shall use commercially reasonable efforts to:

  • Promote and market the Companys Products to potential customers within the Territory.
  • Generate leads and identify potential customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of the Companys Products
  • Negotiate and close sales of the Companys Products
  • Provide ongoing customer support and service.
  • Act as an application specialist for the Companys Products
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting is required.
2.2 Agent shall not, without the prior written consent of Company, engage in any activities that are competitive with the business of Company.3. Compensation3.1 Company shall pay Agent a commission of 10 % of the net sales price of all Products sold by Agent within the Territory during the Term of this Agreement.3.2 Commissions shall be paid to the Agent within 7 calendar days of the end of the month in which the sale is made.3.3 Agent shall be responsible for all taxes and other deductions arising from the payment of commissions.
