Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Management individual to help with the setup of their new PMS and then maintain the system and everything that entails. As this is a new role the description is brief however you will be responsible for everything relating to the PMS from A-Z. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience working with a Performance Management System.Description:

  • Working with the Line Mangers to set KPI?s and input onto the system
  • Maintaining and updating the PMS
  • Interpret and analyze and work with the Evaluation Tools
  • Communicate with the HR Manager and Line Managers about appraisals and whether the individuals are meeting their KPI?s
  • Stay up to date in respect of the latest trend in Performance Management
