Job Description

HR AssistantJob Location : Ajman, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.•Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.•Help prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and HR reports.•Coordinate training sessions and track employee attendance and participation.•Assist with payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave records.•Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.•Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.•Support the organization of employee engagement activities and HR events.•Provide general administrative support to the HR department.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.•1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.•Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with HRMS systems is a plus.•Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.•Discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
