Job Description

Group Sales & Marketing DirectorAjman$6,250 + Annual Bonus?Our client is on the hunt for a talented and highly experienced Director of Sales to manage and take charge of our sales department. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales.?In this position, you will be responsible for managing the sales departments of multiple businesses along with coordinated with the heads of other departments in order to meet sales targets.?Your duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.?Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate staff to improve efficiency of our sales department.
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Work with sales departments to ensure KPI?s are met
  • Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors.
  • Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees.
  • Establish a sales training program to train new employees.
  • Meet with sales managers to assess company performance.
  • Manages and maintains collaborative working relationship with senior level stakeholders
