- Lead the integration of multiple sub-system into a complex system. You shall have multiple fields of knowledge and expertise such as hydroponics, aquaponics, control system.- Responsible to design and manage the agriculture procject.- Play a key role in the development and management of project timelines, priorities, risks, budget, and resources in order to create and maintain reliable plans for ongoing projects.- Establish and maintain integrated project schedules to enable accurate project timelines and financial analyses, and ensure accurate functional input provision into business planning processes.- Responsible for the daily planning, Organization, Supervisour, and administration of activities on farm estates.- OBSERV ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS TO CONSULT WITH CONTRACTORS AND/OR TO MONITOR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.- Check the agricultural machinery and equipments regaularly to ensure adequate performance.- Supervise food processing or manufactruring plant operations.- Ensure that all products from the farm are complied with the requirements of UAE minstry of agriculture.- Ensure? delivering with high quality productes to compete wuth UAE market.
