Job Description

Create import/export documentationCommunicate with suppliers in local country for import / export / distributionchannels with importers ?exporters ?wholesalersProcess and ensure accuracy of customs documentation.Assist freight forwarders and customs brokers with import and export issues associated with all shipments.Review for accuracy and Process freight invoices and broker bills inTrack, trace and report shipments to ensure timely delivery to all the Company?s warehouses for Sales Planning Teams (NI & NII)Assist in handling and resolving freight claims.Import and Export Freight Costs Data, Import/Export tracking for UAE Customs and the Company?s accounting department.Maintain all files and paperwork relating to import/export matters.All other duties as required or needed.Experience:

  • 5 + years Import/Export experience in a manufacturing or trading environment especially in fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint.MS outlook
  • Knowledge of U.A.E. Customs Rules and Regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills..
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Preferred ajman residence
  • Salary negotiable
