Work with other Engineers, Technicians and other personnel to implement operating procedures and provide technical information.
Monitor the production lines to ensure continuous running of equipment.
Investigate and resolve equipment failures and diagnose faulty operation.
Work with Machine Operators to understand and implement maintenance duties.
Implement the maintenance and safety procedures, preventive maintenance schedule and identify parts required to maintain equipment in the prescribed condition.
Review the operation of equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime and solve problems in a timely manner.
Ensure that machines are always available for production by coordinating with Machine Operators, Technicians and other Engineers.
Work within the team to develop and implement preventive maintenance processes.
Coordinate maintenance and repair work to the Production Division in mixing and packing areas.
Participate in the implementation of Quality Assurance policies and procedures.Escalate maintenance concerns to the Line Managers.
Conduct electrical and electromechanical adjustment as necessary.
Maintain administrative control of records related to maintenance and production programs.
Observe and comply with the Health and Safety Policy.
