Our restaurant offers guests an opportunity to relive the medieval era while enjoying a delicious feast.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Demi Chef de Partie role at Viking The Medieval Dinner. The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, managing food supplies and kitchen inventory, supervising the kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The Demi Chef de Partie will also be responsible for ensuring that all meals are prepared according to recipes and in a timely manner.Qualifications

  • Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Culinary education or degree
