Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Debt Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Urdu and possess excellent communication skills to engage with clients and resolve outstanding debts. Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelors degree in law, as legal knowledge can be beneficial in understanding the complexities of debt collection.

  • Full responsibility for maintaining a complete collection report by recording details of all interactions with customers.
  • Submit routine or ad-hoc collection reports to the Collections Manager in the appropriate format.
  • Maintain a consolidated collection report by registering all customer interactions.
  • Transfer or escalate the collection process to the necessary department and maintain open communication until resolution.
