Our client is hiring for a Content and Communication Specialist who will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive communication and fundraising strategies that support institutional advancement goals. Reporting directly to the Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs, this role demands a strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills and a strong background in integrated communications.- Design and implement a cohesive, multi-channel communication strategy to engage donors and alumni.- Ensure consistent, positive representation of the institution to external stakeholders across all communication channels.- Collaborate closely with the strategic communication team to ensure alignment and amplify key messages.- Actively participate in multimedia and live-streaming events related to fundraising and donor engagement.- Coordinate with leadership, academic departments, and development teams to align communication strategies with fundraising goals.- Conduct market research to support donor engagement and enhance campaign effectiveness.- Analyze communication trends and provide recommendations to improve donor targeting and segmentation.- Assist in preparing customized fundraising proposals and campaign materials.- Support the Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs with administrative and operational tasks as needed.Requirements- Bachelors degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategic communications, ideally within an educational or non-profit environment.- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with exceptional written communication skills in both languages.Skills & Competencies:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex information into compelling messaging.- Project management expertise with experience coordinating multi-faceted campaigns.- Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing integrated communications plans.- Proficiency in digital media, content development, and communication platforms.- Familiarity with fundraising principles and practices is a plus.BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits.
