Key Responsibilities:Sales Engineer:- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote Top Laser Company?s CNC machines.- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the region.- Provide expert technical support and product information to clients.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.- Meet and exceed sales targets, while providing regular performance reports.Maintenance Engineer:- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines at client sites.- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues efficiently.- Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.- Train clients on the operation and maintenance of CNC machinery.- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory.- Stay informed about the latest technologies and advancements in CNC machinery.
