  • Full supervision of site execution activities
  • Ensuring works are implemented exactly as per drawings, BOQs, and specifications
  • Daily coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Controlling manpower, materials, and work progress
  • Monitoring quality standards and site safety compliance
  • Preparing structured daily & weekly site reports
  • Identifying and resolving technical and operational site issues
  • Supporting drainage and infrastructure implementation when required
