About Us: Future Planning Building Contracting (S.P.S-L.L.C) is a leading construction firm specializing in the design and development of high-quality residential villas and subcontracting projects across the UAE. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional construction solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with experience in residential construction and subcontracting projects. This role requires expertise in project management, site supervision, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery. Candidate Must have UAE SOE Card (Society of engineer card).Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and review project plans, designs, and specifications for residential villas and subcontracting projects.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality specifications.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans and resolve any technical issues that arise.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure construction activities meet all quality and safety standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, company policies, and according to the standards of Ajman Municipality and UAE Laws and regulation.
  • Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, manage costs effectively, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting any issues or potential delays.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on residential construction and subcontracting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification.
  • Experience working in the UAE construction industry.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
  • Experienced in Building residential villas in Ajman.
