  • Analyze sales trends and consumer demand to develop category/sub-category strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and gross profit margin, both by category/sub-category and store-wise.
  • Identify new products, trends, and suppliers to expand variety and optimize the assortment within Kids fashion and accessories.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and maintain profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality, safety, and timely deliveries.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability within company norms.
