Urgently looking for females with UAE experience and Driving license as a Business Development Manager for a recruitment company (With a fixed salary and commissions).- Make introduction calls / approaches to relevant heads of department /senior management / HR divisions with aim of booking as many meetings as possible- Re-Activation of old clients who have not been placed with for 12+ months.- Client acquisition for permanent staffing- Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality results- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.- Developing quotes and proposals for the prospective client.- Maintains powerful database by researching the current market through the trusted sources - Submit the Weekly/Monthly work report to the Managing Director.
