Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Managing the companys projects to ensure the work progress.
  • Observe day-to-day operations. Duties include supervising the work staff and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:POLICES AND PROCEDURES:
  • According to the company master policies and procedures.
STRATEGIES
  • Develop and design to achieve company effectiveness and competitive advantage according to the company master strategies.
ACTIVITIES
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations and employees in department.
  • Responsible for the machines and equipment provided to the project.
  • Responsible for petty cash and prepare Monthly report related it after review and auditing.
  • Prepare monthly report and submit to General or Executive manager.
  • Preparing the attendance sheet and submitting it to the HR Department.
  • Prepare vacations plan for employees department and submit to HR Dep.
  • Evaluate the performance of the departments employees and submit them to HR department.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise department staff.
  • Prepare budget related with department and submit to Finance Dep.
  • Attention to the general safety of employees.
  • Ensure projects meets Functional health and safety standards.
  • Following up on the employees ?stay in the accommodation in coordination with the housing supervisor.
  • Visiting projects and submitting reports to top management.
  • Responsible of site stores with all operations for ex. (Provision, storage and use of materials).
  • Member of the Tender and Procurement Committee.ÿ
  • Interviewing clients and potential clients.
  • Follow-up work progress and solve problems related to the project.
  • Prepare annual plan for all project from the operational, technical and administrative aspects.
  • Follow up on the monthly collection.
  • Any other job-related tasks.

  • Canceling project violations and not obtaining any violations in the future
  • Develop and train employee?s performance in project.
