Job Description

Market Research and Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct financial analysis to assess the viability and profitability of projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial activities.
  • Develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue while remaining competitive.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure that contracts are legally sound and meet the companys interests.
  • Monitor and enforce contract compliance throughout project lifecycles.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on the performance of commercial projects.
  • Analyze financial data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure that all commercial activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
