Required experience:Experience working as a Workshop Manager or Maintenance Manager or Plant Manager with Readymix Concrete companies.Strong communication skills, along with the ability to manage a multi-cultural team.Enjoy a challenge and have high levels of self-motivation and initiative.Technical and trade experience.
