The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years? valuation experience in the UAE for a reputable Real Estate consultancy or firm and demonstrate a track-record of management or leadership. The role will require you to have essential knowledge of the Abu Dhabi residential and commercial valuations market and strong valuations methodologies. This management role will require the incumbent to work autonomously and be comfortable working independently as part of a satellite office.The ideal candidate will hold a relevant university Degree and will be registered to a professional body ? AssocRICS or RICS and ideally be residing in Abu Dhabi or be willing to work in Abu Dhabi on a full-time basis.
