We are looking for an experienced Supervisor - Mechanical & Plumbing to join our team and work on exciting and challenging Fit out / Construction Projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of 5-8 years of UAE experience in Construction / Fit out Projects, and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu.1) Supervise the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems2) Develop and implement work schedules and procedures3) Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets all relevant codes and regulations4) Manage and train a team of skilled workers5) Order and maintain materials and equipment6) Keep accurate records and documentation7) Report to the Construction Manager on progress and any issues that ariseRequirements1) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering2) Minimum of 5-8 years of UAE experience in Construction / Fit out Projects3) Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu4) Strong leadership and management skills5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team6) Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations
