Structures & Civil Sr. EngineerJob Location : Abu DhabiDescription :?Tendering (technical specs, evaluation of bids, contract preparation).?Contract administration (ordering sites, project monitoring, invoice certification).?Inspection (factory audit, structure material, site completion acceptance).?Civil & Structural design (foundation type, rooftop poles, antenna loading).?Database management.?Explore and propose cost effective new site solutions including (Solar, Hybrid, etc.?) and produce solid recommendations to management?Assist in preparation of technical specifications for all antenna mounting structures.?Review of specifications for enhancement in line with global trends.?Assist in preparation of tender for supply & installation of structures.?Contract administration for supply & installation of structures.?Invoice certification for supply & installation of structures.?Design check of existing structures for antenna load changes by Planning and/or other operators.?Approval of design of rooftop poles & counterweight non-penetrating foundation.?Approval of foundation type based on geo-technical investigation bore logs.?All Related Civil Activities specifications and Acceptance (Boundary Walls, Soil investigation, earthing, etc?)?Factory inspection of structure manufacturer?s facilities to determine ability & quality.?Acceptance inspection of installed structures in UAE.?Maintaining database of structures all over UAE, for reporting to TDRA, FA Team, eReal Estate.?Liaising with consultants & contractors for proper project monitoring.?Assist in Preparation of Capital Works budget for forthcoming year.Education Experience :?B.Sc. Civil Engineering?Project management training / certification?Minimum of 5-to-6-years? experience in Telecom Industry
