Role : Specialist Light Infantry Training Lead InstructorExperience : 12+ YearsLocation : UAEResponsibilities:- The Lead Instructor will work within an SME team responsible for the delivery of specialist light infantry training and mentoring of instructors and students.- Train individuals to a high standard of proficiency in the tactics, techniques and procedures required of specialist light infantry forces and their support elements, up to Battalion-level manuever- Assist and advise commanders in the preparation of candidates for undertaking special-to-role training- Assist and advise counterparts to meet requirements of the directed training schedule- Provide SME advise on the planning, coordination and adjustment of training and missions essential task- Develop a professional and harmonious working relationship with counterparts, fellow SMEs and interpreters, to include coaching and mentoring best practice as an exemplar of a first-class military professional- Liaise closely with units converting to role in order that the latest developments in specialist training, processes and equipment are integrated into training- Focus on the coordination of war fighting functions and all-arms integration as a force multiplier.- Maintain a reasonably high standard of physical fitness and military bearing at all timesQualifications:o Substantive 04 or E8-E9 from Five-Eyes partner nation (AUS/ CAN/ NZ/UK/US)o SF I Ranger I Commando/ Airborneo Professionally qualified through MOS promotion courses (Infantry or CS/CSS Specialism) Company Profile we are established in the year 1999, we are serving market for more than 24 years, REACH Employment Services is a regional market leader in employee recruitment and outsourcing and services a diverse range of clients in the public and private sectors.
