The Specialist Physician shares the same responsibility as the consultant Physician for delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.The post holder is expected to be an example of clinical excellence within the division and contributes to the supervision and training of junior medical staffKey Responsibilities:Supports and adheres to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies, and procedures.Supports and participates in the organizations performance management system, including peer review and productivity and utilization review processes.Assists with Consultant staff in ensuring that adequate medical coverage is provided within the division at all timesAttends Divisional meetings as invitedSupports the reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidentsAssumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Consultant StaffRequirements:Need experiencePromotes and participates in clinical research and publicationPromoting and assisting in the instruction, guidance, and supervision of junior medical staff(required)Keeps abreast of the current, relevant literature and the latest trends and technologies in the industryParticipates in clinical research and publication Company Profile Established in 2010, SearchPlus main business focus is in Executive Search and Selection.
