Qualifications:If you have the following qualifications, we would love for you to be a part our diverse team:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Masters degree will be an advantage.Minimum 15 years of experience in master planning and design of wet and dry infrastructure, water distribution networks, and preparation of tender documents.Proven knowledge of the application process for obtaining No Objection Certificate (NOC) from various stakeholders in the UAE.Proven technical report writing skills.Proven client and stakeholder relationship skills.
