Qualifications and Experience- Electrical Engineering Degree from a nationally accredited engineering program.- More than 10 years of experience working within a Building Services Design Group with an emphasis in Power distribution and Lighting Design.- Electrical Engineering Degree from a nationally accredited engineering program.- Working knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD, and MS Office programs is required.- Demonstrated Proficiency with International Building Codes and Standards, including the United States National Electrical Codes, British Standards, and Health Technical Memorandum (HTM)Standards.- Experience in lighting, power distribution, lightning protection, telecommunications, fire alarm and other typical building electrical systems design.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a high proficiency in English is required.- Demonstrated proficiency in specification writing in CSI Master Format. - Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination through design and the construction process.
