Reporting Manager (Project Controls Background)

Job Description

Requirements:- Must have an undergraduate engineering degree from a reputable university.- Must possess (minimum) 12 years of total experience and 5 years GCC experience preferred.- Experience working in Infrastructure, Housing and mixed-use projects.- Client-side experience managing PMCs, LDCs Cost Consultants and other stakeholders.- Strong experience in PCM of major capital projects.- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, reporting, and presentation skills.- Independent worker who can work well with minimal supervision.- Experience with Digital reporting and Dashboards- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills and in the development of project control processes and procedures.- PMP or PMQ or other professional certifications and/or professional body membership.- Advanced MS Office Suits.- Reporting software experience: Power BI, Tableau- Candidate to be based in Abu Dhabi.- Arabic Language preferred.- Experience in using Primavera P6, ACONEX & Oracle suite.- Sufficient knowledge of project controls practices- Extensive knowledge of best reporting practices in the areas of dashboards, and KPIs.Rewards & Benefits:We offer an excellent package which includes:- A competitive salary- Transportation allowance- Medical and life insurance cover- Annual leave- Medical and life insurance cover- Company gratuity scheme- Discretionary bonus scheme- Annual flight allowance to point of origin- Employee Well-Being Programme - 24 hour free advice on financial, legal and family care specialists and also access to personal health, fitness and nutrition consultants;SNC Lavalins Faithful+Gould business is one of the worlds leading integrated project and programme management consultancies, with over 2,400 professionals operating worldwide.Our aim is to protect and maximize our clients interests throughout the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget.
