Quantity SurveyorJob Location : UAE:?Ability to handle multiple projects at same time.?Liaise with the technical team and Prepare Quantity take offs (QTO) for all the materials required for the project?Compare the QTO against the budget?Compare the QTO, Budget against the subcontractor invoices and progress of work?Monitor and track material of the project against order and delivery?Liaise with the site team and store keeper for the material orders and delivery?Advise managers on the status of material and above budget materials?Prepare Monthly Progress Payments and Liaise with the project consultants for its certification and approval.?Liaise with the cost control and accounts team on the deliverables, project invoices and subcontractor invoices.?Assist commercial and/or procurement team during post-tender and pre-tender estimation.?Review all contract documents and advise the managers on potential variations.?Maintain track of variations for the project.?Maintain track and log of interim payments submitted, received, pending and forecast until project completion.?Preparation, Verification and Certification of subcontractor invoices.?Maintain track and log of subcontractor payments.?Prepare management dashboard report highlighting items such as but not limited to the project status, material status, cash flow with cost to complete, variation status and payment status.?Preparation of contractual correspondences, letters and replies to project client, consultant and subcontractors.?Preparation of Contractual claims related to prolongation cost and Variations.
