To have come from a related environment including the production of signage, branding exhibition stands, custom displays, acrylic fabrication, lettering, vehicle branding, POS, indoor printing, large-format outdoor printing and integration of AV and digital displaysThorough understanding of the latest materials, adhesives and methods of fastening signage to various surfacesAbility to work closely with our carpentry team to ensure proper branding of structuresKnowledge of large format digital printing and finishing including roll and flatbed (UV) printers, sublimation (fabric printing) and solvent printing machines.Knowledge in the production of indoor and outdoor signage production and installationKnowledge in CNC and laser cuttingProven ability in managing high value projectsHigh levels of energy and enthusiasm to create an environment of highly motivated individualsSound knowledge and commitment to safe working proceduresAbility to problem solve and work under pressureFlexibility and willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessaryStrong communication skills - negotiation, management and leadershipDemonstrated ability to work autonomously when required but also collaboratively and effectively within and across teams and officesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication skillsStrong trafficking and project management skillsValid UAE Driving License is a Plus
