Production CoordinatorJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to daily and weekly production schedules.?Reviewing and distributing production, work, and site schedules?Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet Site Demands/?Maintains Production Schedule and other reports as required.?Followup as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.?Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.?Interacts with Factory floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies?Responsible for reviewing the performance of the site development, inspection of site work, Inspection of Installation staff and Labours and also initiate on job training programs according to demonstrated needs?Liaise with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; inventory levels, and solving fabrication / Installation problems?3-5 years of relevant work experience in joinery, factory works + experience in manufacturing wooden doors, windows, furniture, fire doors, kitchen cupboards
