RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:?Send packages inquiry to supplier and subcontractor.?Follow-up suppliers and subcontractor to obtain quotations.?Generate LPO from Sage 50 system.?Update Tracking log to know the Material Request and LPO sent to suppliers to track the payment related and delivery done.?Supporting estimation department to obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations for tendering purpose.?Review procurement documents and prepare orders.?Negotiate contracts with suppliers.?Develop and monitor cost-reduction strategies.?Develop and monitor inventory control procedures.?Develop and monitor purchasing policies.?Manage vendors.?Updating company internal vendor list from time to time.?Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.?Following and enforcing the companys procurement policies and procedures.?Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.?Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.?Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.?Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.?Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.?Checking Project documents.
