Procurement ExecutiveJob Location : UAE?Represent Procurement in cross-functional meetings and projects as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Procurement activities?Finalize tasks assigned by the management?Develop and implement category strategies for the Pharma category, including supplier management, sourcing, and procurement processes.?Ability to negotiate with the Distributors, as well as with the Manufacturers?Technical and commercial review, contract review?Facilitate cross-functional strategic sourcing and supplier selection; work closely with stakeholders to align and ensure the selection meets the needs of the healthcare facilities.?Ensuring procurement activities are compliant with group procurement policies and ensure processes and documentation are compliant with audit requirementRequirements:?Minimum of 5 years of experience of in Procurement /Buyer for pharma category?Procurement background at group level?Required procurement professional certifications (CIPS/CPP or equivalent)?Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Power point presentation?Working with the oracle/IT team in related to implement and system upgrade
