Experience and Qualifications:?A Bachelor?s degree from an accredited educational institution in Accounting / Business Administration / Economics or related field.?Fluent in Arabic and English languages.?Three plus years of professional experience in the field of Procurement.?Knowledge in Policies, Procedures and Functions of purchases.?Literate with computerized operating software, word, and excel.?Working knowledge of the technical specification of materials purchased.?Deep understanding of the market and the various sources of procurement.
