ú Development of baseline EPC schedules followed by look ahead / Accelerated / Recovery Schedules (up to required levels) using P6.ú Develop contract key dates, milestones and company plan dates that align with the overall project schedule.ú Liaise and coordinate with discipline engineers, contractors, licensors, advisor & PMC for an overall integrated execution schedule.ú Develop the activities, logic, resources and progress for the assigned project sub-elements, leading to the creation of the baseline schedule and its subsequent maintenance.ú Develop, implement and comply with the planning and progress monitoring procedures.ú Liaise with Engineering personnel to ensure proper understanding of the key schedule sensitivities and driversú Conduct the schedule weekly/monthly progress update, forecast, critical path and trend analyses for assigned elements, including any impact from interface areas.ú Assess and incorporate the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and identification of alternate approaches to optimize the plans.ú Raises alert on potential delays in advance, keep record of delay events and changes early stage in the project lifecycle in order to prepare impact analysis for EOT claimsú Attend projects kick off, progress meeting, Review of MOM and comment on itú Develop contract sections for planning and progress reporting. Review and verify contractors reported progress and ensure that this is reflected in the project schedule.ú Track the criticality of the main paths to completion and float consumption. Implement and utilize the standard tools and processes.ú Coordinates with PM, Engineering, Procurement, Construction managers. Collects inputs of design and monitor pre-and post-contract scheduleú Participate in preparing technical submittal for pre-tenders.
