We?re looking for Nephrologists who have experience in treating patients with kidney diseases. We want to find the best possible candidates who are able to provide excellent care for our patients.Nephrologist Duties:Perform complete medical diagnosis of renal diseases, determine appropriate treatment protocols, order and perform examinations, test, and consultationWrite prescriptions and perform proceduresProvide ongoing care, follow-up, and treatment follow-upEvaluate patient?s condition, determine appropriate course of treatment, and instruct patient on proper use of medicineConduct research, development, and publication of new treatments and proceduresAttend seminars and undergo continuing educationNephrologist Responsibilities:Doctorate in Internal Medicine or Family PracticeAt least 5 years of experiencePrevious experience as a nephrologistStrong communicator, including ability to conduct successful presentationsExcellent clinical judgmentRequirements And Skills:Identify potential patients, and perform physical examinations by listening, looking, feeling, and asking questionsPerform basic laboratory tests including urinalysis, blood work, and imaging procedures, and interpret resultsPerform advanced procedures including dialysis and peritoneal dialysisManage dialysis teams by overseeing patient care, staff scheduling, training, and educationManage dialysis centers by overseeing a mechanical and electrical maintenance programMaintain records of patient care and treatment using electronic information systemsAttend meetings with administrators and consultantsAttend conferences and seminars to stay abreast of developments and updates in dialysisPerform other duties as delegated by the supervisor Company Profile Established in 2010, SearchPlus main business focus is in Executive Search and Selection.
