Manager, LegalEligibility:?Qualifying law degree (e.g. LLB, JD) from a reputable university?Maintains (or recently lapsed) license to practice law in jurisdiction where legal profession is formally regulated.?At least 3 years PQE with emphasis on commercial / corporate experience. Candidates with more PQE will not be discounted.?Recent UAE or wider GCC work experience preferred.?Experience in leading negotiations, drafting and managing execution processes for complex legal documentation.?Healthcare industry experience helpful but not essential.Knowledge and Skills:?High degree of professional ethics and integrity?Extensive commercial legal experience essential.?Proficient at establishing credibility quickly and building relationships at all levels, influencing a range of senior stakeholders and challenging decision making to help drive continuous improvements.?Strong project management skills, taking ownership of tasks through to completion.?Highly organized and goal oriented?High proficiency with MS Office, including Power Point?Ability to effectively operate in a fast paced, multi-cultural, multi-stakeholder large corporate environment.??
