As a Make Up Artist you will be working in the new Terminal A at Abu Dhabi International Airport. You will be part of a close-knit team, in the perfume, cosmetics, sunglasses and fashion-jewellery duty-free shops. This role offers lots of growth opportunities and career progression, for enthusiastic, passionate, and professional people.Day to day Responsibilities- Demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise, portfolio required.- Have passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service, sharing your knowledge.- Have an approachable and friendly personality show confidence, get to know the customer and understand their needs.- Deliver exceptional make-up application services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ups.- Work with education and training teams to continually offer best-in-class makeup advice and services.- Stay up to date with the latest skincare and make up trends, improve your product knowledge and elevate your artistry.- Drive sales to reach daily and monthly sales target.What youll need- Proven experience in make-up and beauty techniques with a certified makeup qualification.- 1-3 years? experience working with customers in hospitality or retail- Second language is preferred- A genuine desire and commitment to provide extraordinary customer service- The ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business- The ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision- To be flexible to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends- To be committed to TRSS Values & Retail Excellence
